The project involved the meticulous transportation of high-value furnishings, artwork, and operational equipment to a new location, ensuring minimal disruption to the hotel’s operations.
Client requirements
- To securely store and manage itinerary of all furniture and soft furnishing including beds, wardrobes, side cabinets, lighting, soft furnishings and carpets
- To co-ordinate appropriate insurances, parking, access and security permits
- To move and install all furniture and soft furnishings where appropriate for over 180 rooms, across 9 floors
- Complete to an unfixed schedule to minimise disruption to guests, traffic and ongoing works

How we managed this project
